It’s a cooking book, specialized in Japanese dishes.


What is your favourite book of all time?

I don’t really have a favorite, I usually read cook books.


What book do you remember most from your childhood?

The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.

I used to read these books, I used to really like them and also other books about fantasy.


Which of your books is battered from using over and over again?

Actually I use my cook books from my cookery school, they don’t have an author, they are books I used when I studied for chef and I love them!


What is your favourite book by an International writer?

Simple and Sweet by Yotam Ottolenghi.
